TUROK
conquered our hearts when he was a kitten with his brilliant
and adventurous character and his special trust in humans:
like the Ragadolls, he liked -and still likes- to be
cuddled in our laps, giving us his total trust <with
a total concession of himself>. Rare
in cats! Most of his kittens inherited this characteristic.
At
the same time, he is full of courage and adventurousness:
he is now our only cat with full territorial command
of the
roof area, where he has an astonishing landscape to
admire! (Yes, he has the great view of all the Alps!)
TUROK
is superbly muscled, with long and thick fur, well-proportioned
and highly set ears, an excellent profile and chin.
Sometimes his expression is mild, sometimes quite wild
and sometimes intimidating: he is certainly his own
boss and reminds us that a cat is a friend of humans
but belongs to the wilderness!
Turok
is now retired to give more room to the young stars
of our cattery. Now he is living happily in a rock musician's
family at Lugano in Switzerland.
